The packaging is simply bubble wrap, and the box is damaged in several places. Fortunately, the contents are very well protected. The controller is far superior to previous ones included with this brand (I own all their consoles). Unfortunately, the OS (which in this case is Batocera) causes a strange distortion in the menu (see photo), although oddly, it only affects the game selection menu. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio is fair. A Mini PC with a controller and Windows 11, plus the games and programs, would cost you roughly the same (not counting the time you would spend assembling and setting up Batocera). It arrived late (more than a week) in Spain.
